Harija was born on 18th May 1995 at Kerala and grew up in Tamilnadu. Her mother’s name is Jayanthi Shingar, her father’s name and family details are yet to updated.
She completed her schooling at Stanes Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School, Coonoor, Tamilnadu. Initially, she loves teaching profession, wants to be a teacher. But, Later she finished her B.Sc Visual Communication at PSG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore.
And then she pursued an MA in Journalism and Mass Communication in Rathinam Group of Institutions at Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, and got married to her best friend Amar Ramesh who is also her college senior during her UG degree. They got married on 4th June 2018.

During her college days, she done many short films as an actress. Harija came into public attention for her role in “Aparam” a romantic Tamil short film. Then she made lead character in Eruma Saani youtube channel, which is ran by her college friend Vijay Kumar.
She made her film debut with director Sam Anton’s 100. She also acted in a movie Mr. Local directed by M.Rajesh and she is acting in a movie named “Odavum Mudiyathu Oliyavum Mudiyathu” which is called as next milestone for Eruma saani team.
